My pre-pandemic self would usually look forward to staycations with friends (when we’re not travelling) ‘coz we would literally just stay in one room or house for three days doing nothing. We would fill the kitchen with quick and easy foodstuff, nothing fancy, and just laze around—the very essence of staycation. And as we watch the global pandemic with its endless lockdowns right in front of our eyes, all I could do was to search online for the newest, hippest, and coolest Airbnb staycation places near Metro Manila.
It’s been two years since the pandemic, and I am consumed with thoughts of possible business ventures we could pursue. I came across a few options but eventually, was veered into property management, specifically, a bed and breakfast kind of place. I went as far as researching the ins and outs of the business up to how to check and estimate monthly payments for loans. So yeah, it’s an aspiration that hopefully will materialize in the near future. Fingers crossed.
And to serve as an inspiration for our future endeavor, I am listing some of the most unique Airbnb staycation places near Metro Manila.

Right outside the van is a private deck that also serves as an outdoor dining area and a grilling area. There’s also an underground toilet and bath with eco-friendly bath amenities.

They have three available tents that could accommodate small or big groups.
