This short Switzerland trip review is about the treasured memories I got to make with my husband and how Thrillophilia helped me plan it all.
Switzerland is my husband’s dream destination and he has always talked about going there with me since we met. So, for our third marriage anniversary, I could not think of a better gift than a trip to Switzerland. Also, I had been saving up from months without him having a clue about it.
I had already selected the package I wanted which was ‘Best of Swiss and France’ for 7 days and 6 nights. I had planned everything months ago with Thrillophilia and was just waiting for his birthday month. I still remember his shocked face when I showed him our flight tickets to Switzerland. It actually took 3-4 days for him to realise that I was not joking and everything was already planned for us.
A huge thanks to Thrillophilia and their great team for helping me plan all of this, that too secretly. I loved the fact that the booking process was extremely quick and convenient which hardly required much effort.
About our trip to Switzerland!
My husband truly believed that all of this was true when we were actually on the flight and the flight attendant announced that we are going to land in Paris as our first destination.
Our trip started in Paris and ended with ease in Zurich, Switzerland. I am glad that Raj, a representative of Thrillophilia who booked our package, was connected with us throughout the trip.
My husband and I got to explore so many stunning attractions that after a time it became difficult for me to remember the names anymore. However, my top favourites were Disneyland and Eiffel Tower in Paris, Mount Rigi in Lucerne and Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen.
My husband’s birthday was on the 5th day of your trip when we were in Lucerne. I had requested Raj to arrange a surprise cake for us which was delivered to us in our hotel room. Although, we did not cut the cake inside the room. Instead, we cut the cake on a boat, in the beautiful Lucerne Lake and surrounded by nothing but natural beauty. It was the highlight of our trip and I had never seen him so happy before. One thing that I had read in the many Thrillophilia Switzerland trip reviews that they make your special moment even more special, was actually coming true.
We also tried a lot of delicious local dishes, in fact, any new city or town that we visited, we first wanted to try its specialty. Some of the dishes or snacks that I loved the most and would definitely recommend were Fondue, Rosti, Tartiflette and Raclette. Also, we also bought Lindt chocolates of different kinds.

I am out of words to thank this company for helping me make this so special and perfect for my husband. It was more than anything I could have imagined. The stays were top-notch, our drivers were extremely polite and helpful and the itinerary was perfect.
First of all, it was very hard for me to believe that I would be able to afford a trip to Switzerland this early, but it was all possible because of this company. I would like to end this review of Switzerland tour with Thrillophilia by saying these guys have catered to everything I requested and surpassed all the expectations.
